Metrics



The metrics and target align with each stage of the theory of change from inputs to long-term impact. They also provide measurable proof of progress in areas for a mission-driven initiative focused on Type 1 Diabetes. Metrics like number of workshops, funding raised or participant counts are easy to collect, concrete and comparable over time. It is the evidence of long-term impact and systemic change. Social Return on Investment (SROI) measures the social value created by a program. Along with mission alignment methods measure the execution of strategy against the project's mission and end goals over time, using rubrics such as scorecard to monitor and manage key performance metrics on operational performance organizational effectiveness, finances and social value.
